Lord Shiva is above me and we are connected. I see my life and I understand. My understanding is his vision and words. Among other things: “If you had been where you are now, 40 years ago, could you have lived without being heard, without your own understanding?” I can only be grateful and feel it very strongly. And the following messages overflow within me:

 The diversity of life is created in everything. Everything is an“it” not a “them”. All bodies in a row would not be as many “its” as all rocks and grains of sand, which are all different. Look at the bodies around you, who yearn and struggle to be something else and turn away from their “it” to be something specific “other”. There is no specific, only new possibilities. Be it, protect it, live it.

 Accept yourself, and you accept everything.

 Look at everything as the expression of life, as the need of life.

 If you ask for permission, you are already a little embarrassed by your own need.

 Spend a little more energy on seeing, – then it makes sense to be.

 If you’re angry, it might just be because there’s something you don’t have the time or energy for, and nothing else is at stake. – You don’t have to do everything to exist.
