The one way way
Take the happened, norm and form out of your head, your body and your soul once a day and you will find your God-given inner and outer self, moving forward without holding on to the past and memories. Hence the name: “The oneway way”.
The one way way process combines talfi tones, forehead vision and pause breathing (You can use other meditation and breathing techniques and mantras. It is up to you. What I show you here is the way that I have been shown in dreams. And that anyone can use). Back to the one way way.
First the tones: (You will also find them in the first talfi exercise, “Original voice”, see“Talfi exercises” on this website). Breathing in and out through the nose:
– Inhale, on the exhale make the sound: mmmmmm – made with a wide mouth and lips, let it spin in the lips.
– Inhalation, on exhalation make the sound: oooooohhh – made by forming a tip with cheeks and lips.
– Inhalation, on exhalation make the sound: aaaaaahhh – made by putting the neck back, closing the mouth completely and letting it flow out with full force.
– Repeat the ooooohhh sound.
– Repeat the mmmmm sound.
The forehead view Before you do the tones, you do the forehead sight: Close your eyes, raise your eyebrows to the forehead, and your sight follows up. Just keep it there. Then you make the talfi tones while the vision is up in the forehead. Then you do pause breathing in your stomach.
The pause breath is very simple breathing through the nose while you count like this:
– Breathe into the belly (by expanding the belly out and down) while counting to four.
– Hold your breath while counting to four.
– Exhale as you count to eight, allowing your shoulders to dip down pulling your stomach in.
– Keep your breath out by holding your stomach in as you count to four and relax.
If the vision falls down, you simply lift it up again. Do the breathing for 5 to 10 min. Any thought, feeling, memory that comes up, you just let pass
