Our “degree of freedom to choose”(or“The possibility/freedom to choose”)is much more than we think. The choice is free means,that everything you are, do, feel, reaction patterns are choices, also body position and posture.
I lie down and look out of my forehead. In front of me I see in a line, are all the options that we can choose. Our choice is not determined for us, all choices are our own. And the choices are endless and freein veery moment. Then I am led or gently pushed to choose. A voice is saying: “Be angry”, and I direct my attention to it, and feel angry in body and mind. The voice: “BE HAPPY”, I follow the attention to where it is located and become happy also in the body and my face relaxes. Then follows: Be grumpy, be aware, be radiant, be visible, be stupid, be dismissive. I choose and experience it. Then it’s the body: Straighten up, be elastic, be thin, be open, dance, etc. My body follows the choice and it shakes a lot.
One moment my attention is on Yoga and the voice says: “Yoga is patience”. Then my attention is on talfi exercises, and it says: “Talfi exercises are “with”, among other things because voice, emotions, sounds, communication are included. Then I am taken back to choose a choice again and again. This is training, also to show that everyone can train free choice.
I see myself walking in a gutter that is higher than myself and understand that it is difficult for others to see me, I am not exactly visible. Recognizing this, I am taken back to choose a choice. I choose to be totally visible: My crown chakra suddenly fills everything. I choose to walk straddling the gutter. I see that walking in the gutter also involves a form of freedom from demands from others, but then isolation for myself.
The above is an exercise that everyone can do when they are lying in bed and can’t sleep because today’s experiences and tomorrow’s demands are overwhelming. Recommended together with the talfi breathing (on talfi.dk).
