 “The split in physical and spiritual is an illusion formed by the split in your mind”.

 The split within us makes us search in the mind/spirituality (or for that matter, abandon spirituality), because here we simply continue the division that we already have. Spirituality is attractive because we gain insight into life, in principle without having to change. We can change, but we don’t need to. Spirituality is just a part of our physical world, but if we don’t connect it with everyday life, life and understanding, we will not find a state of being where we are satisfied with ourselves, our life and the connection with others and other things. In the first part of our life, we are just a pipe through which life flows, and we interact with the surrounding life. This state of being is intact within us. The flow through this pipe is the same flow that we find in the chakra flow. An open or closed chakra is meaningless, because it is forever a part of the individual, “an eternal being”, wherever the individual is and in whatever state the individual is (in life, after death). You do not have to renounce, punish or otherwise limit or cleanse yourself to find your way back to the state of being. You have your freedom to do so, but you do not have to. Every split second is in principle a rebirth, an opportunity to choose something different from what you usually do. You can use it or not. No matter what you choose to do, you are always a true part of life.
